The quickest way to find out is to check your phone's settings right now. It takes about 30 seconds and you don't need to search any list.
How to check in 30 seconds
Follow the steps for your phone type:
iPhone
Go to Settings → General → About. Scroll down and look for 'Digital SIM' or 'EID'. If you see a long number starting with 89, your phone has eSIM.
Samsung Galaxy
Go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add mobile plan. If the option appears, your device supports eSIM.
Google Pixel
Go to Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add SIM. If you see an option to download a SIM, eSIM is supported.
Other Android
Go to Settings → About phone → SIM status. Look for EID (Embedded Identity Document). If it's listed, you have eSIM.
