How to View Your eSIM Orders and QR Codes
Lost your eSIM QR code email? Here's how to find your orders, re-access your installation QR code, and manage your active plans — all from your Vyroam account.
After you purchase an eSIM plan, your QR code and order details are stored in your Vyroam account. You can access them any time from any device — useful if you deleted the confirmation email or want to install the eSIM on a new phone before a trip.
The My eSIM page
Sign in to your Vyroam account and go to My eSIM. This page lists all your orders, showing the destination, plan details, and current status of each eSIM. From here you can:
- View all your eSIM orders in one place
- See the status of each plan (e.g. active, used, expired)
- Access the QR code for any order that hasn't yet been installed
- Download installation instructions for your device
Finding your QR code
Sign in to Vyroam
Go to vyroam.com and sign in using the email address you used at checkout.
Go to My eSIM
Navigate to My eSIM from the top menu or your account settings.
Find your order
Locate the eSIM plan you want to install. Each order shows the destination, data allowance, and validity period.
View the QR code
Tap or click the order to expand it and access the QR code. Scan this with your phone's eSIM settings to install.
Important: QR codes are single-use
Each QR code can only be scanned once. Once you've installed an eSIM on your phone, do not delete it — the QR code cannot be reused. If you accidentally deleted an installed eSIM, contact support@vyroam.com.
Order history
My eSIM also shows your full order history, including past and expired plans. This is useful for checking what plans you've used, confirming previous purchases, and tracking your Travel Credit earnings.
If an order isn't showing in My eSIM, check that you're signed in with the same email address used at checkout. Guest orders (without an account) won't appear in account order history — contact support@vyroam.com with your order reference if you need help locating a guest order.
