How to Contact Vyroam Support
Need help with an eSIM that's not working, a QR code issue, or a billing question? Here's how to reach Vyroam support and what to include in your message.
Vyroam's support team is here to help with any issue — from a plan that won't connect to a billing question or a lost QR code. The fastest way to get help is by email.
How to contact us
Email us at support@vyroam.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. For urgent issues (e.g. eSIM not working on arrival at your destination), include 'URGENT' in the subject line and we'll prioritise your request.
Check the guides first
Many common issues — including eSIM not connecting, QR code scan failures, and slow speeds — have step-by-step fixes in our Troubleshooting guides. You may be back online in minutes without waiting for a reply.
What to include in your message
Including the right information upfront means we can resolve your issue in one reply instead of going back and forth. Please include:
- Your order reference number (in your confirmation email subject line)
- The email address used at checkout
- Your phone model and operating system version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18.3)
- The destination country where you're having issues
- A clear description of the problem — what you see, what you expected, what you've already tried
- Any error messages, exactly as they appear on screen
Common issues with quick fixes
Before contacting support, try these quick checks for the most common issues:
| Issue | Quick fix |
|---|---|
| eSIM not connecting at destination | Enable Data Roaming in your eSIM settings. Toggle airplane mode off and on. |
| Can't scan QR code | Display QR on another screen at full brightness. Or use manual entry (details in your email). |
| Forgot/lost QR code email | Sign in to your Vyroam account → My eSIM → view QR code. |
| Slow internet speeds | Set network mode to 4G/LTE in phone settings. Check APN is set. |
| Travel Credit not showing | Check you were signed in at checkout. Allow a few minutes for it to appear in Settings. |
